Built in 2000, this great house has only had one owner. The House is 1,840 square feet of heated & cooled space. The kitchen features all GE appliances. All of the appliances in the house, including windows, doors, water heater, AC/Heat are Energystar and make this house very energy efficient. There is a dining area adjacent to the kitchen and has double windows looking towards the front yard. The Livingroom is 16X16, and is adjacent to the other side of the kitchen. The living room also is wired for surround sound, which makes it great for watching movies! Bedroom number has 7X2 closet, double windows that look out to the front yard and one window that looks to the side yard. This bedroom is 11X12. Bedroom Three (we use it as the Office), is 11X11, Vaulted Ceiling, Double window with halfround top, computer line, side window that looks toward front porch and a 7X2 closet. Laundry is located in the hallway and has tile floor, large storage shelf, GE XL washer and dryer, and has AC unit in it with high efficiency, permanent air cleaner. There is also a large coat closet in the foyer area. All bedrooms do have a fan/light on celing. There is two sepeate switches in each room for the fan or light.
This house is in great condition. The only thing that it really would need is some minor landscaping, and a dock. That is all. It is a great house, with great caring neighbors.
