Dr. Snodgrass earned his medical degree from West Virginia University School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency in ophthalmology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he served as Chief Resident. He joined Quinn Eye Center in 2011 as a patient care assistant and was promoted to patient care assistant in 2014. After leaving for Texas, he rejoined the Quinn Center in 2017, where he had previously worked as an optometrist and receptionist.

His main responsibility and his greatest pleasure is to provide an excellent service to patients who visit him for all their eye care needs. Debbie helps the optical department help patients find the perfect setting for their lifestyle. With their warmth and laughter that keeps everyone happy, each patient feels like part of a family.

Dr Quinn also enjoys spending time with his wife and twin children, and supports his family in his spare time. The UF Nursing School continually attracts and continues to attract top-class students and lecturers with a passion for the science of nursing. The College, one of the leading pharmaceutical schools in Europe, supports research, services and education programmes that are enhanced by online technology.

These courses provide new skills in patient relationships, provide the latest medical knowledge, help providers to address relevant current issues, and teach and share knowledge and skills.

UFCOM medical students receive clinical rotations in all major disciplines. The UFCOM J.D. Program, an pharmacy residency program accredited by the American Society of Health System Pharmacists, is also offered on campus. It offers a four-year full-time medical education and offers accredited graduates a bachelor's degree in medicine and a doctorate in clinical medicine. In addition to the Bachelor and Master courses, it also offers a medical degree and two Master courses.

Students are moving to the University of Florida Medical Center, a medical center in the state - the kind that is located in Jacksonville. Serving as a primary care center for more than 1,000 patients in Gainesville and Jacksonville, it opened in 2012 to increase Florida's supply of highly qualified physicians and provide advanced health services to Florida residents. Founded in 1956, UF College of Nursing is one of the oldest and most prestigious nursing schools in the country and is among the top 10 percent of all U.S. colleges and universities in nursing.

Dr Suggs is not afraid to get to know his patients and tailor personalised optical, nutritional and medical recommendations to their individual vision needs.

He wears many hats in the office and spends most of his time as Dr. Quinn's medical secretary, where he has access to a degree program at Pacific College of Optometry, which he will attend in the fall of 2021.
